Transitions are never an easy thing.

There are always hurt feelings, awkward pauses and empty words, and an inability to move forward.

BUT …

Transitions are only difficult if you don’t plan for them.

You see, when you plan for transitions, there aren’t any surprises. Sure, people will come out of the woodwork and say weird things, be surprised, or show contempt. But for the most part if you have a plan, stick to it, and make that plan known to your audience, your transition will ultimately end up a smooth one for all parties involved.

Catalyst Creative is undergoing a transition. 

At the end of this week, we will begin to flip a switch and have all our digital content (Freebies) move over to Simple Church Media. That way we can focus on giving you the tools you have come to know, love, and utilize in your everyday ministry like.

Resources like our “How to …” series articles and the most popular blog we’ve ever done “Social Media Content Calendar” (now downloaded thousands of times – UPDATED resource here), will become our bread and butter at Catalyst Creative.

This was an easy decision. 

We knew that if we continued to focus on digital resources, we would be spreading ourselves too thin in creating the resources you need in order to propel your ministries forward. That’s why this Friday we will be giving you our template for transitions, so you can make sure your plan will succeed before you make your first move.
